This is as much about the bowl as the fruit.

The bowl is modelled on one we have at home and is made of porcelain. It has that crackled glaze. The rim is very thin and lets light through right on the edge.

The pile of mandarins is a construct. I didn’t sit down and ‘copy’ a real arrangement. This is by far the best way however, as it gives you the freedom to have the mandarins nestle exactly as you want them to.
