No-one at a window

undated

I love the paintings of Caspar David Friedrich. This is an homage to one of his paintings – Woman at a window which is shown in the framed picture seen on the left.

At present, I have no interest in representing people or any of the ‘higher’ lifeforms. Nevertheless, I did consider replacing the woman with an upright vacuum cleaner or even something odd like a milking machine, featuring lots of stainless steel and rubber tubing.

Needless to say, I am unsure whether to take this one any further.
